We’ve been using Custom Box Makers for about a year now. Initial design process was interactive and productive. They made several suggestions to our concept that worked out much better. They’ve never missed a commitment for shipping times and quality vs. price is excellent. We prefer supporting local business and they are very close to us. No, not all the work is done here, many times it’s outsourced overseas, but the core business is here local.

I worked with John at Custom Box Makers and they manufactured beautiful drawer-style rigid boxes exactly to my specifications. I was very impressed with the quality of the product, especially given that John was rescuing us from a botched job done by another company. Not only did they meet expectations on quality and communication, they also packaged the boxes quite expertly for shipment. While the previous company just stuffed all the boxes in crates, Custom Box Makers actually took the time to plastic-sleeve all of our drawer-boxes, and nestle them in bubble wrap for safe transport. Nice touch for a company that offers free shipping! The only reason I give 4 out of 5 is, I did have to chase them a little. But in the end, it was worth the wait.

Really happy with our experience with Custom Box Makers. Turnaround was fast and the boxes arrived well made. The Casa de Wing branding came through exactly as designed — colors were spot on and the print quality really made our logo pop. Construction was solid overall, though I noticed a few of the panel overlaps weren’t perfectly straight. Not a dealbreaker, just something worth mentioning. What really stood out was the pricing and no MOQ requirement. As a small, growing veteran-owned cigar brand, being able to order without committing to a huge minimum made a big difference for us. Overall very happy with the boxes and would order again.

I wish I could give Corey and his team 100 stars. I first had this project started in 2020 and then my business and life went to hell in a handbasket. I had to put everything on hold. Recently, just when I was thinking of picking this project back up, Corey reached out and politely asked if I was ready to get started again. From there…things moved SO fast.
