Refunds & Returns 

As a provider of custom packaging, Custom Box Makers emphasizes precision and quality according to the client’s requirements. For order issues, the following conditions apply:

  • Notification Period: Clients must notify us within 3 working days if the delivered products are defective or fail to meet the agreed specifications.  
  • Eligibility: Only defective products are eligible for refunds or returns.  

Note: We exclusively process returns or refunds for products identified as defective.

Defects Associated with Company’s Responsibility  

  • Responsibility: If the defect is determined to be the company’s error, we will take full responsibility and reprint the entire order at no additional cost.  
  • Final Decision: The company’s evaluation regarding the defect and its responsibility will be deemed final.  

For the return process, clients must: 

  • Return the entire defective order to us within 7 business days.  
  • Cover the return shipping costs.  
  • Provide proof of defects, such as digital photographs, to facilitate the reprint process.  

Defects Associated with Client Responsibility

If the defect is determined to result from clients’ oversight, refunds may still be processed under the following terms:  

  • Clients must return the entire order to us.  
  • Refunds will be adjusted to exclude shipping, setup, printing, and billing costs.  

Order Cancellation Policy

Post-Approval Process

Once the design proof is approved, the printing process begins immediately.  

Cancellation Timeframe

  • Clients have 4 hours after approval to cancel their order.  
  • A 5% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after processing.  
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 to 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Stage 

  • Orders in the printing phase are non-refundable.  
  • As a courtesy, Custom Box Makers offers complimentary warehouse storage, allowing clients to schedule shipments at their convenience.
