Enhance the Shelf Appeal of Your Product with Belly Bands

Packaging sleeves are the most accessible and affordable way to make your product stand out. You can use these customized paper wraps to enhance the appearance of your products by wrapping them around.

Using a packaging sleeve is a great way to enhance your product’s shelf appeal while maintaining a simple appearance. The paper used to create the sleeves is thick, durable, and high quality, which lasts longer than traditional plastic wrap.

In addition to your brand logo, box sleeves can serve as a quick packaging method to enhance holiday and limited edition offers that grab your customers’ attention.

Custom Packaging Sleeves Material Options

At CBM, you can choose from two standard material stock options for your custom sleeves.

  •  Kraft Stock is an unbleached brown paper that is a 100% recyclable material made from wood pulp, best for black and white printing.
  • Cardstock varies in three thickness levels: 16pt, 18pt, 24pt. It is a solid Bleached paper in white and premium white colors, best for joyful color printing with vibrant colors.

Our sleeve boxes with these materials of premium-level quality will help your product stand out on the shelves and will surely grab your potential consumer’s attention.

Packaging Sleeves with Multiple Customization Options

At CBM, we welcome our clients to customize their packaging and help them with all design options, including offset and digital printing, coating, and finishes. Let us have a brief detail of all of them.

For Printing, we use two printing color scheme system, which is environmentally friendly and produces vibrant colors.

  • CMYK is the cost-effective color system used in Offset printing for creating images.
  • Pantone is more expensive than CMYK and is used for accurate brand colors.

The coating allows you to experience the sophistication of a beautiful, clean card stock going straight for style. It aims to protect the printed design from scratch, dirt, or fingerprints.

  • Varnish is a cheaper, water-based, sustainable coating and is less protective than lamination.
  • Lamination is an expensive, plastic coated layer that protects your designs from cracks, but not eco-friendly.

Two commonly used finish options used in packaging in both lamination and varnish are Matte and Glossy.

  •  A matte finish for your packaging can give it a softer appearance and a smooth texture. It doesn’t reflect light and remains unaffected by fingerprints.
  • A glossy finish is a great option for a shiny appearance. Keep in mind that this type of finish will create a glare when light reflects off of it. Also, fingerprints are more visible on glossy packaging.
