How Dee Macc Brought Its Pet Treat Packaging to Life with 15,000 Custom Mylar Bags

Dee Macc is a pet-focused business offering all-natural, freeze-dried treats for dogs. With a product built around quality ingredients, the company needed packaging that would communicate the same level of care and quality to pet owners.

For this project, Dee Macc partnered with us to produce 15,000 stand-up mylar bags for its freeze-dried treats.

The Packaging Challenge

Freeze-dried pet treats require dependable packaging that helps protect them from moisture, air, and outside contaminants. At the same time, the bags needed to be convenient for customers and visually strong enough to represent the Dee Macc brand in a competitive pet food market.

The goal was to create packaging that could:

• Provide convenient storage after opening
• Clearly display the product and brand information
• Give customers a look at the treats inside
• Create a professional and recognizable retail presentation

A Custom Mylar Bag Made for the Product

We created matte black, stand-up Mylar pouches that gave Dee Macc’s packaging a clean and confident appearance.

Each bag included a resealable zipper, allowing pet owners to open and close the packaging while keeping the remaining treats securely stored. A transparent window was also incorporated into the design, giving customers a clear view of the freeze-dried treats inside without taking attention away from the branding.

The combination of the matte finish, structured stand-up format, resealable closure, and product window created packaging that was both practical and visually appealing.

Bringing the Dee Macc Brand to the Bag

Our team worked closely with Dee Macc throughout the project to ensure that the printed design accurately represented the business.

Careful attention was given to the placement of the logo, product details, typography, and supporting information. The final design made the brand easy to identify while clearly communicating what customers could expect from the product.

Rather than simply producing a food-storage pouch, the objective was to create packaging that felt like a natural extension of the Dee Macc brand.
