Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No. We offer custom packaging with no minimum order, so you can order any quantity that fits your needs.

Can you help me choose the right material?

Yes. Share your product type, weight, and usage (shipping or retail), and our team will recommend the best material and thickness.

How long does production take?

Production usually takes 8 to 10 business days after artwork approval, depending on the box style and order details.

What is the total turnaround time including delivery?

Most orders arrive within 10 to 13 business days, including production and shipping.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes. Expedited orders can be completed and delivered within 5 to 7 business days depending on the project.

Do you provide free design support?

Yes. If you don’t have artwork, select “I need design” in the quote form and our designers will create a layout for you.

How do I measure a box for my product?

To measure your box or product dimensions, you’ll need to determine the following: Length, Width, and Height. If measuring your product, please add 2mm (or 0.078 inches) to each measurement for better fitting. What file formats do you accept?

We accept AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files for printing.

Can I get a sample before full production?

Yes. We can provide a sample or prototype so you can review size, structure, and print quality before mass production.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?
